Demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge in preparing and cooking menu items across all kitchen stations.
Handle daily kitchen operations, including mise en place preparation, cleaning of utensils, and maintaining work areas.
Ensure all dishes meet the required standards of quality, taste, and presentation consistently.
Monitor and support kitchen operations at different stations to ensure efficiency and a smooth workflow.
Assist with the implementation of menu updates in line with recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
Job Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Western cuisine (e.g., pasta, grilled items, sandwiches).
Possess a valid WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (as required under NEA regulations).
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as scheduled.
