JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Tasks and Customer Service

  • Data entry
  • Organize document files and folders
  • Correspondence using emails, chat, texts or fax
  • Responding
  • Following up
  • Reaching out
  • Process documentation
  • Research - online or other resources
  • Process, create and review Reports
Phone Customer Service (For Voice accounts)
  • Phone Calls - Inbound / Outbound
Training From Home Requirements: 1. Own PC/LAPTOP
2. Internet Connection
3. Internet Speed (at least 10MBPS)
4. LAN Ports (at least 1-2)
5. Work Place (Quiet Environment)
6. Ethernet Cable
7. Webcam
8. Headset with MicrophoneJob Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: Php15,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
