Job Description
Duties/Description
- Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at Changi Airport
- Safely lift special needs passengers up/down and in/out of wheelchairs and aircraft
- To identify name, flight information, date, and special service request details to ensure special needs passengers are taken to the correct destination
- Assist special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage
- Compliance to SOP and safety standards
- Attend to passengers inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
- Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management
- Ability to converse and write in basic English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Physically fit
- Training will be provided, no experience needed
