Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage white space projects, including fit-out works, racks and stacks, and structured cabling, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, fit-out, deployment, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress against established metrics.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and issues, and manage communication effectively.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and codes.

• Diploma in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the data center or mission-critical facility industry, including experience in managing fit-out works, racks and stacks, and structured cabling.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of data center design and infrastructure, including electrical and mechanical systems, cooling technologies, security systems, racks and stacks, and structured cabling.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
