Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Wholesale Sales Associate to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting customers through various channels, including e-commerce, networking, store visits, and referrals. Your ability to meet and exceed our customers' expectations will be crucial in maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and converting customers through various channels, including e-commerce, networking, store visits, and referrals. Showcase the features and benefits of products or services, highlighting how they can solve customer problems. Negotiate prices and terms with customers, ultimately aiming to close sales, add new accounts and grow their basket sizes over time. Build strong relationships with both new and existing assigned customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up with customers after sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and update superiors on sales progress. Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends to effectively sell and adapt to customer needs. Collaborate with colleagues in different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any related field. Strong familiarity or knowledge of Indonesian markets and Indonesian consumer preferences. Close connections and contacts with Indonesian businesses that can be leveraged to expand international accounts. Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to consistently follow-up on any correspondence. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
