Your responsibilities and charter as WINE LOGISTIC ASSOCIATE will include, but not limited to, the following:
Packing/unpacking/checking of wines for delivery
Manage wine bottles check-in/check-out to/from warehouse and retail shop
Inventory management
Supporting the Company’s operational execution, e.g., direct supplies procurement, shipping
Delivery planning and administration
Provide efficient and positively memorable service to Company’s customers
Maintain physical receipt/release of stock from retail shop
Coordination work with warehouse and freight forwarders
Execution of office and retail administration activities including but not limited to: indirect office supplies and general office errands
Deliver improvements to back-office and support efficiency
Customer coordination regarding collection of purchases and delivery
You will report to the Company’s Office Manager in discharging your responsibilities and duties.
