Perform wire harness assembly according to schematics and work instructions
Execute soldering, crimping, and cable termination with precision and consistency
Carry out potting and molding processes to protect and seal electrical components
Fabricate and bundle custom cables and wire looms for various applications
Inspect and test assemblies for continuity, insulation resistance, and mechanical integrity
Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to housekeeping and ESD protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve technical issues
Proven experience in wire harness assembly, soldering, and crimping
Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
