The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning for the Project Teams progress to ensure the Field service support and installation & Commissioning of RF Base-station projects are carried out. Optimizing their availability and coordinating between Logistic support - Sub-contractors - project supervisors to further project goals. With a strong technical knowledge and prioritization skills, this candidate will perform quality checks and commission the Base-station to ensure project success
Responsibilities:
- Attend site survey, site inspection, handover, collect data and/or perform test per set procedures.
- Monitor the progress of sub-contractors; Building Owner, Tenants and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedules.
- Planning and executing assigned projects including site procedures and safe work practices.
- Prepare /obtain site documentation & Technical Proposal. Co-ordination with relevant authorities on assigned projects. Liaise with other authorities such as HDB, LTA, Building Owner for Private sites. Material & equipment acquisition, site technical support and as-built preparation and submission.
- To ensure quality of works are up to standard at all time and follow up closely on site acceptance certification or related documents are signed promptly.
- Manage changes and identify potential crisis and develop contingency plan.
- Submit daily/weekly written report on work progress and site folder
- Prepare As built documentation, reports and submit within the schedule dateline.
Qualifications
- ITE / Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year of working experience, preferable in Telecommunications/ M&E/ Infrastructure / Project Experience.
- Able to multi-tasking, independent in a fast paced environment.
- Able to manage project operation with minimum supervision.
- A committed and responsible team player with initiative, resourceful and driven to produce quality work.
- Good Knowledge of Civil,Mechanical, Electrical (CME) works, cabling practices, RF knowledge, cellular is advantageous.
- Skill of window application (Viso, MS project) AutoCAD, IBwave, Nemo/ TEMS measurement tools etc) is advantageous.
- Customers Oriented with Good Communications Skills.
- Possess Safety certification such as SCWSH (previously known as BCSS) / WAH assessor is an advantages.
