JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Community (Non Acute Ward) , Step down care setting
- Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients.
- Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of the patients
- Plan and implement patient care accordingly
- Medication administration (For SN)
- Ensure patients\' comfort and safety
- 12-hour shift for now - work 4 days, rest 3 days straight
- When enough manpower, will have go back to 3 rotating shift
- Time : 7am to 7.30pm / 7pm to 7.30am with 2 hours break
- Ang Mo Kio
- NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Registered nurse with SNB
