Job Description

The main role is to design, build, test, deploy and maintain the company website.
Provide multimedia, graphic design, marketing, and event-management support by
creating various printed and digital creative projects to maintain brand awareness and/or
to enhance the company brand image. The role will apply established design principles
and brand standards to all projects while ensuring timely completion while maintaining
strict standards of accuracy, completeness, and product quality.Job Requirements: Educational Attainment

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts,

Advertising or any design-related fieldRelevant Experience

• At least 1 year experience in graphics and creative design
• Experience in video editing

Premier Pro) Microsoft Office

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Proficient in design apps such as Procreate, Concepts,

Canva, etc.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as

part of a team, including being adaptable to work
with a variety of personalities.

• Design, build, test and deploy the company website based on comprehensive analytics

to create a seamless user experience that will boost the client sign up rate (target
industry, demographic, top competitors, SEO strategy, among others)

• Maintain the website through continuous improvement from closely monitoring web

performance after every publish, gathering feedback to improve the customer
experience further

• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Create assets needed for both internal and external communication
• Monitor project requests and logo use requests
• Create weekly report on creative assets
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement,

size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

• Design layout for materials and assets as required by the company
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• Conceptualize and create campaign materials
• Design medals, trophies, plaques, or any related materials as needed
• Process Logo Use, Project, and Signage Requests
• Handle Inquiries related to creative assets of the company
• Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional

publications; and participating in professional societies.
