Job Description


  • Position : WORK IN SG - Admin Assistant (Purchasing/Simple Duties) - Up to $2500 + AWS + Bonus
  • Location : East - Tampines North Drive
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday | 8am to 12pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic of $2500 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Up to 16 Days of Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Food Distributor
Main Responsibilities:
  • Raising of purchase orders
  • Arranging of goods return / exchange with suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers on stocks
  • Products sourcing & Forecasting of products for ordering
  • Housekeeping of system inventory list
  • Liaising with various departments on stock issues
  • Stock checking for daily delivery loading.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N/ O/\' Level with relevant experience
  • Must be PC literate
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with colleagues who can only speak in mandarin
