Job Description

• 5 Working Days: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm / 8:00am to 5:30pm / 9:00am to 6:30pm
• Location: Jurong East (walking distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end work pass administration including but not limited application, renewal, issuance and cancellation of work passes for internal, external and outsourced workers timely.
• Maintain work pass administration record tracking and follow-up closely on all work pass transaction.
• Ensure the entire work pass Administration in compliance with MOM Rules & Regulations.
• Advise and monitor all pre-employment medical check-ups for new hires.
• Liaise with MOM and clients on workers or work pass matters.
• Troubleshoot and rectify MOM application issues
• Daily Operations - arrange drivers for arrival of workers / medical check / courses, vaccination etc.

Additional requirements:

• Possess CEI (Basic) advantageous
• High level of meticulous and detailed oriented
• Basic understanding of the prevailing MOM rules & regulations
• 1-2 years relevant experience
