Make the best decisions to strategically move your business forward with confidence.As an Associate, you will get the opportunity to broaden your tax compliance and advisory skills.We are looking for candidates to join our Associate intake in July 2025.Responsibilities:As an Associate, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of experienced consultants, supporting Managers in delivering holistic solutions to our clients, across the areas of HR operations and advisory, employment taxes, immigration, and total rewards. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow, through on the job training, with our experienced teams of consultants and have the privilege to work across various work streams within the team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting the team in developing fit-for-purpose client solutions by understanding clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, and from a holistic perspectiveDeveloping impactful client deliverables to effectively communicate key insightsAssisting in providing comprehensive and technically excellent Singapore employment tax advisory together with our corporate tax team involving structuring, investments, M&A, family office set ups and other advisory work to a variety of Singapore/globally clients across a diverse range of industriesAssisting the development of thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trends/practicesBe involved in our ongoing business development initiatives within the teamCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of servicesFostering strong relations with our client and taking a proactive role in ensuring that our clients are up to date with the key market/legislative developmentsFor this unique position, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for people who have the following qualities:A strong sense of curiosity to learn and to explore any problems presented in projects to provide clients with the best solutionsAbility to work well with others to contribute positively to projects and team cultureAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and speed are of the essenceWillingness to learn on the job and think criticallyStrong attention to detailTeam player and a keen learnerStrong numerical and analytical skillsStrong conceptual understanding of theories and frameworksEffective written and verbal communication skillsRequirements:Degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial / Statistics, Human ResourceStrong numerical and analytical skillsStrong conceptual understanding of theories and frameworksHave good co-curricular activities recordPrior experience in a consulting role is desirable, but not essentialNote:Please note we accept only one application per candidate.
