What the role is:You will contribute to building an effective SID workforce by formulating strategic plans and policies to build talent pipelines with relevant and timely expertise.What you will be working on:

• Work closely with senior leadership to identify our workforce needs, and develop and implement competency-based strategic HR frameworks, policies, and processes Design effective and meaningful pathways, work experiences and development opportunities to ensure our workforce has the right competencies and is able to grow actively Monitor the state of our workforce to determine areas for intervention If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind Plan and guide your team's professional growth, in both general and technical areas Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: Experience in shaping SID's workforce through the development and implementation of HR policies and processes Opportunities to hone expertise in driving strategic HR planning work to build an effective and future-ready workforce
