Job Description
The candidate will attend workplace banking events, to promote take up of 360 accounts &/or other Personal Banking/Premier Banking products. (CASA, cards, Personal Loans, secured loans)
- Assist in customers\xe2\x80\x99 product queries and in customer onboarding.
- Perform cold-calling to prospects to cross-sell via targeted call campaigns
Requirements
- University/Diploma/O level/A level graduates welcomed
- Pro-active and effective engagement in crowded settings
- Customer service-oriented person
