About the Role:
The Workplace Experience Coordinator is an integral part of Latham's Workplace Experience team, located in our Singapore office. This role is responsible for acting as an essential member of a team of customer-focused professionals to deliver a best-in-class experience to clients of the firm. The Coordinator will cultivate genuine and personal connections with all clients, creating a customized experience that enables them to work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the Workplace Experience Coordinator should be prepared to take on additional actions, responsibilities, or tasks as needed to deliver exceptional service. The scope of responsibilities may evolve based on business needs, making flexibility essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Providing best-in-class client service delivery that is timely, accurate, and seamless; demonstrating sound judgement and problem-solving acumen
Evaluating, identifying, and implementing innovative ways to streamline and enhance service delivery to maximize the Workplace Experience
Consulting with clients to tailor requests to specifications; offering guidance in a poised and productive manner
Acting as a resource person to Latham & Watkins employees regarding all aspects of facilities operations and accompanying services
Consulting with current and potential customers to clarify conference requests; providing advice regarding services for audio visual equipment, and explaining services available
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
Display proficiency in MS Office and other technology platforms and resources
Possess the ability to prioritize effectively and handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
Can demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset.
And have:
Experience working in a similar role that demands first-class customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of foreign languages a plus
A high school diploma or equivalent
