West/ Nearest Mrt: Jurong East MRT Salary: Negotiable 1) Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to West/ Nearest Mrt: Jurong East MRT Salary: Negotiable 1) Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow-up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company's ISO & OSHAS policies. 2) Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations 3) Investigate all incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrences 4) Update and keep proper safety records, incident reports and statistics 5) Lead team in safety audits by MOM and must be able to submit all required documents 6) Interacting, reporting and providing company representation to all business divisions relating to particular aspects of EHS affairs, compliance matters, enforcement actions, remedial activities and regulatory affairs. 7) Interfacing with external professional services, customers, regulators, industry and represent company at public meetings, hearings, and perform public relations duties 8) Conduct Environmental Health and Safety Orientation training to new employees Requirements . Diploma / Degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or other relevant subjects . Must be a MOM registered Safety Officer (Registered WSHO), ECO is an additional benefit. . At least 3 years of experience in WSH field, preferably in construction industry . Able to provide hands-on support to sites as well as ability to take a strategic approach to improving EHS performance . Strong communication skills, strong English language skills . Collaborative approach, strong team-working skills Dynamic, self-motivated .
