Key Responsibilities:

Conceptual Design: Develop innovative and practical design concepts, incorporating industry trends, sustainability, and cutting-edge technologies to create exceptional workplace environments.

Space Planning: Expertly optimize office layouts to maximize space utilization, fostering seamless workflows and efficient use of resources.

Material and Finishes Selection: Curate a wide range of materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically pleasing solutions that complement the overall design theme.

3D Visualization: Utilize your proficiency in 3D modeling software to create compelling visual representations of design proposals, enabling clients to envision the final outcomes.

Budget and Timeline Management: Work closely with project managers to maintain project timelines and adhere to budgetary constraints without compromising design excellence.

Code Compliance: Stay updated with local building codes and regulations, ensuring all design plans adhere to legal requirements and safety standards.

Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to procure the necessary materials and ensure smooth project execution.

Client Presentations: Professionally present design proposals, incorporating feedback and revisions to achieve final approval.

Design Trends Research: Keep abreast of the latest workplace design trends, sustainability practices, and industry innovations to bring fresh ideas and insights to each project.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (At least 3-5 years) in workplace or commercial interior design, with a diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to create innovative and functional spaces.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture systems, materials, and finishes.
- Exceptional creativity and design flair, demonstrated through an understanding of the interplay between form and function.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
