Workplace Manager

Principal Accountabilities

Overall responsibility of Integrated Facilities Service delivery at site



Manage all soft & hard services and facilities management services, including events support and food & beverage services



Delivery of services in accordance with the service agreement and service levels



Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for facilities operation



Establish Facility Service Management procedures for soft services and roll out to site staff, mainly Cleaning, Tea Ladies, Mailroom, Landscape, Pest Control, Security Services, Food & Beverage Services, Events & M&E



Monitor procedures to ensure client's expectations are conveyed and worked upon



Ensure compliance with all local statutory regulations



Primary responsibility for OPEX budget, tracking and reporting planning and provide administrative support to the team



Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practices



Manage all contract vendors to carry out technical audits/ maintenance, monitor expiry of contracts and initiate re-procurement for all services



Assess contracts to ensure best value delivered to the Client



Initiate a system to measure quality of performance on a quarterly basis



Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe environment



Participate in emergency response exercises as per client's requirement



Achieve KPI and SLA targets



Person Specification

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management/Build in Environment/Hotel Management/Hospitality/Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline



Minimum 5 years practical experience in facilities management, vendor management and client reporting



Good problem-solving and coordination skills



Strong budget management and financial analysis skills



Possess operation ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions



Strong leadership, people and communication skills



Good command in spoken and written English



Good MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint & others
