Workplace Safety And Health Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities: Assist WSH Manager to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and health, Environmental, Fire Safety and other local legislation Assist to conduct, develop and plan Mass tool box meeting, Safety Induction Training and Permit to work in-house training to relevant interested parties Assist to liaising and coordinating with government agencies, customers and other interested parties Responsible for risk assessment and assist in incident or accident investigations Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions Assist to plan and conduct internal ISO audit accordingly Maintain and monitor company WSH KPI, ISO documentation and WSH programs. Other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements: Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Minimum Polytechnic Diploma holder Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and application of safety documents Effective in liaising and communicate with government agencies, contractor, vendors and other interested parties Experience in PTW systems and procedure Qualified Confined space assessor Working at height supervisor Qualified Internal auditor for ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SS651
