We are looking for a Workplace Safety and Health Officer to join our team!

As a Workplace Safety and Health Officer, we rely on you to:

Be responsible for implementing and maintaining the resort's WSH procedures to promote a safe work environment

Conduct incident investigations and compliance inspections with organisational procedures and legal WSH requirements

Evaluate risks associated with the hazards identified in the workplace and reports progress of corrective and preventive actions undertaken

Conduct document reviews of Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) reports and maintain documentation

Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills and the maintenance of emergency response equipment

Plan, coordinate and deliver for WSH meetings

We are looking for someone who:

Must possess a relevant qualification in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent recognised by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)

Is registered with MOM under the WSH Professionals Registration System (WSHPR)

Must have a good understanding of all local safety & health regulations

Have comprehensive knowledge of hazard identification

Have strong interpersonal skills including in presentation, organization and attention to details

Has relevant experiences in a hotel/resort in establishing Workplace Safety & Health Standard is an added advantage.
