Ensure overall compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and relevant legal requirements.
Develop, implement, and review WSH management systems, policies, and safe work procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Organize and lead safety meetings, drills, and training programs to promote safety awareness.
Liaise with government authorities, clients, and contractors to maintain WSH standards and regulatory compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to safety activities, inspections, and investigations.
Requirement
Must be a registered WSH Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.
Possess a valid WSHO Registration Certificate.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in WSH Officer relevant work in the civil contract.
* Highly preferable to have LTA experience.
