Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist project sites in implementing and maintaining site safety plans Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) legal and other regulatory requirements and actively promote the company's WSH programmes Liaise with MOM on safety matters, including factory permit applications and other statutory compliance requirements Advise and assist the Project Manager in identifying and assessing foreseeable risks arising from work activities or processes Recommend and implement risk control measures to eliminate or minimise hazards at the workplace Develop and review safe work procedures tailored to soil investigation and construction-related activities Conduct regular site safety audits and inspections Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence Report and follow up on injuries, damages, and losses incurred Monitor corrective and preventive actions taken by relevant parties to address non-conformities Ensure all health and safety policies and operational control procedures are strictly adhered to by staff, workers, and subcontractors Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Registered with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) Possess MOM-recognized certificates in Workplace Safety and Health Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in construction projects (especially in pilling or other related foundation works) Able to start work immediately or within short notice
