Responsibilities

Identify and recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.
Assess the company\'s HSSE Management System to identify deviations, weaknesses, or significant changes in organization and risk control measures, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct or coordinate in-house training programs, safety promotions, or other safety-related activities for staff.
Perform safety audits and inspections of the company\'s worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.
Assist in maintaining certifications such as ISO and Bizsafe certificates.
Conduct weekly 5S inspections and prepare reports.
Update and manage all Risk Assessment documentation.
Possess SCDF registered FSM certification.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirement

Professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment)
Working location at Joo Koon
