We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Safety Coordinator

to join our growing team in the facilities management sector. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe and compliant environment across multiple properties, working closely with internal teams and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. Monitor compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies. Support the implementation of safety programs, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response plans. Lead toolbox talks, site safety inductions, and awareness briefings. Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend and follow up on corrective actions. Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies. Liaise with authorities (e.g., MOM, SCDF) and ensure proper documentation is in place. Promote a strong safety culture among employees, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline. WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction. Sound knowledge of WSH regulations and safety practices in Singapore.
