Education required: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree students in Workplace Safety and Health, Public Health, Occupational Health or Statistics fields are preferred. Other fields may be considered.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

What will you do?

Support WSH initiatives in Singapore and regionally in Asia

Supporting delivery of Commercial EHS (Environment Health and Safety) initiatives

Align to Global EHS strategy, support an integrated approach to managing all workplace safety, health, sustainability risks and opportunities

Understand and apply GSK WSH resources accordingly

Support in management of WSH projects and initiatives for in person and online events

Assist in data analytics of WSH projects

Prepare communication materials via digital channels

Coordinate and engage WSH advocates in office

Support WSH in enhancing GSK reputation for WSH

Support the development and implementation of business solutions aimed to avoid lost time and incidents

Work in accordance with local Performance with Choice (flexible workplace arrangement) policy - current recommendation is to work at GSK Asia House at least 3 days per week

Support occasional Saturday events (time-off will be awarded accordingly)

What are we looking for?

Passionate or possess experience and knowledge about workplace safety and health and employee wellbeing initiatives.

Related experience in workplace safety and health preferred

Familiarity with statistical software and data management (e.g., Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power BI, or other data analytics software)

Experience in project/event management

Strong presentation, communication, and multimedia skills (such as Microsoft Office)

Analytics driven, outcomes focused and impact oriented
