Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline. WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or higher. Ministry of Manpower (MoM) Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (at least 10 years post-registration with MoM) and Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with NEA. Relevant experience in railway projects (LTA, NEL, NSEWL, BPLRT) is preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to communicate complex technical solutions practically and understandably. * Familiarity with railway/building communication systems is an advantage.
