Implement and monitor workplace safety and health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Conduct risk assessments and carry out site inspections to identify hazards and recommend follow-up actions to remove hazards
Review and improve current WSH programmes and safe work procedures, and provide training to site personnel to prevent incident occurrence
Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Monitor environmental control measures, including waste disposal, vector control, and pollution prevention
Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company in inspections and audits
Collaborate with the project team to integrate safety and environmental considerations into all aspects of construction activities
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
Registered WSHO and certified as ECO
Strong knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations, environmental legislation, and industry best practices
