• Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices
• Carry out WSH compliance inspections
• Clarify WSH programme requirements to employees of other departments
• Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities
• Coordinate WSH programme initiatives
• Develop and deliver safety briefings (such as Toolbox meetings & etc)
• Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps
• Identify areas for improvement in the WSHMS
• Implement Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) and communicate it to stakeholders
• Implement Workplace Safety and Health Management Systems (WSHMS) and Risk Management (RM) plans within scope of own work
• Maintain WSHMS documenation
• Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incident
• Review investifations findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents
• Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in WSH Officer relevant work in Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum holds a WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH
• Experience with PUB-DTSS project would be a plus
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT & etc)
• Comfortable to take up the role of ECO duties
• Knowledge and experience in ISO / KPI Audits
• Must be a Registered WSHO with MOM
• Able to travel Site to Site Meetings
• Certificate in BCSS Tunnelling Course / Confined Space in Operation Course / Fire Safety Manager would be a plus
