Carry out WSH compliance inspections;
Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place;
Coordinate WSH programme initiatives;
Prepare training matrix and co-ordinate within consortium partners for education and training on HSE;
Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps;
Implement appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act;
Maintain SHEMS documentation;
Prepare safety reports and statutory reports;
Participate and involve in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 implementation and audit;
Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incident.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in WSH Officer relevant work in construction sector;
Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO);
Registered WSHO with MOM;
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point);
Knowledge and experience in ISO/ KPI Audits.
