Responsibilities:

Be fully responsible for health and environmental control, safety meeting and to ensure a safe working environment at workplace.
Enforce & maintain high level of safety awareness and consciousness in the workplace.
Review & Implement HSE policy and guidelines, safety management system for the company.
Conduct regular site inspection to ensure compliance at all times.
Familiar with all workplace safety and health matters, including WSH Act, COP & etc.
Recommend, implement & carry out safety training programmes for workers.
Work closely with site operating staff on all safety and health issues.
Supervise, inspect and rectify any unsafe workplace.
All other duties of WSHO

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in related field.
Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
At least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Knowledge of construction process & activities.
Possess good leadership & communication skills.
