As a Workplace Solutioning Lead, you\'ll be responsible for guiding the evolution of workplace environments to meet the changing needs of our clients. Your role will ensure the effective operation of various workspaces through innovative solutioning, performance measures, and continuous process improvements. You\'ll also be the vanguard for workplace safety, advocating compliance with health and safety standards.Client Satisfaction DriverBuilding robust and lasting relationships with clients will be paramount to your role. Client satisfaction is our priority, and as such, you will be expected to exceed client expectations consistently. You\xe2\x80\x99ll act as the primary point of contact regarding all workplace-related inquiries, driving the execution of their vision for their space.Space Planning Acumen and Project ManagementWith a clear track record in managing office move and transformation projects, you will oversee the workplace solutioning project and renovation works and work with client on their space requests and determining their space requirements based on their headcount, space required, infrastructure. The role also demands the coordination of contracts, liaising closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet procurement standards, ensuring updating of plans as well as guaranteeing the delivery of quality work within stipulated budgets.Champion of Teamwork and ExcellenceOur culture is about teamwork, and you will personify this essential JLL value. To apply you need to be:\xc2\xb7 Highly experienced in Workplace Solutioning or Facilities Management, with 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.\xc2\xb7 Qualified with degree from a recognised tertiary establishment, with proficiency in occupational safety and, ideally, experience managing Corporate HQ facilities and functions\xc2\xb7 Relevant working experience on project management and space planning, leading and overseeing workplace fitouts and A&A projects.
