JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Workshop Admin (Temp - 6 months) to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Processing timesheet, overtime, leaves for the workshop on weekly basis
- Preparation of the cost repair on weekly basis
- Processing daily archive of repair teardown photos
- Weekly monitoring spare parts and pre-reservation
- Management of chemical stocks for workshop on weekly basis
- Processing purchase requisition for workshop
- Management of the 3rd party calibration tools of workshop
- Sourcing for miscellaneous for workshop
- PPE inventory for workshop and ensure calibration of PPR
- Must be able to commit from Sept 2023 to February 2024
- Preferably with SAP experience
- Comfortable in workshop environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (spreadsheet)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, well organized and able to follow up tasks delegated diligently.
- High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
