- 5 Days || 830am-6pm || $2,500-$3,500

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for maintenance, warranty and aftersales service of all the Company's products
- 2-way radio products, repeaters, walkie talkie, etc.
- Provide technical support to the daily repairs required in the Service and other divisions and ensure all equipment are repaired in the shortest turnaround time.
- Meet repair schedule and carry out maintenance service in accordance to the Department plans, process and procedures developed by the Supervisor.
- Provide customer services to all customers (including walk-in) in respect to repair works, attend to service enquiries and calls, generate repair quotations, etc.
- Perform outdoor servicing and resolve customers' equipment fault outside office as and when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
