Resident Technical Officers
Vacancies : 10Salary : 5,500 (Responsibilities)Take and carry out instructions from the Superintending OfficerSupervise and ensure the instructions from the Superintending OfficerSupervise the execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Contract Specifications, DrawingsAssist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE in all aspects relating to the construction of the ProjectAttend all site progress, variation, co-ordination and design/technical meetings as required and to keep proper minutes of these meetings, relating to the Project and other dutiesLiaise and co-ordinate with Public Authorities/Statutory Boards/stakeholders and other Consultants employed by Client.Assist to resolve all site issues, including coordination with adjacent/ nearby construction sites and report to the supervising Qualified PersonsAssist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE in the review of Contractor\'s proposed method statement and working procedure and to verify that they are properly executed on site.Assist the Superintending Officer, SO Rep and/or SRE/RE to verify all variations carried on site.Verify all reports and claims submitted by the Contractors.Job RequirementMinimally a Diploma in any construction-related field from any local or foreign polytechnic.The candidate must be a registered Resident Technical Officer with BCA.At least two (2) years site supervisory experience in reclamation related projects.A minimum of five (5) years of marine related projects or other related working experience may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.Must be literate in English and have adequate knowledge to use computer, reply to emails, use computer software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel etc.At least two (2) years site supervisory experience in land-based construction related projects for projects that require land-based supervision works.Company Details ** For those interested and qualified candidates, please contact the contact person directly.WSH EXPERTS PTE LTD 29 Mayo Street, #02-02, Singapore 208315Contact Person : Vairakkannu Ajith
