We are seeking an experienced and passionate WSQ Trainer who holds a valid Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) to deliver high-quality training under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, relevant industry experience, and the ability to engage adult learners effectively.





Deliver WSQ-accredited training programmes in accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) standards and curriculum requirements. Facilitate engaging and effective learning sessions using adult learning methodologies. Conduct assessments and ensure proper evaluation and documentation of learners' competencies. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and learning resources aligned with course objectives. Provide constructive feedback and support to learners throughout their learning journey. Ensure compliance with all WSQ and organisational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Participate in course reviews, validation exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent (e.g. ACTA). At least 2 years of relevant training or industry experience in the domain of instruction. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to manage diverse learner profiles. Familiarity with SSG's Training and Adult Education (TAE) framework and WSQ requirements.
