Summary:

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers courteously and promptly, ensuring a positive dining or shopping experience. Take and process orders accurately, whether at the counter, table, or through a POS system. Prepare and serve food or beverages in accordance with company standards (if applicable). Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counters, and workstations. Assist in stock replenishment and monitor inventory levels for supplies and condiments. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Support kitchen or back-of-house staff during peak hours or as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Participate in opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and cash handling. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and service standards.
