Business FunctionRisk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank\xe2\x80\x99s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.Job ObjectiveTo maximise the recovery of past due outstanding by taking effective and persistent collection actions against past due account holders.Responsibilities

• Handling delinquent account assigned to meet the desired performance KPIs.
• Establish contact with customers to negotiate payment arrangement that will ensure maximum recovery and minimum risk exposure to the Bank.
• Review customers\xe2\x80\x99 profiles and recommend effective collection actions
• Owned, follow up to resolve customer issues or complaints within stipulated timeframe.
• Escalate irregular cases or \xe2\x80\x9cRed\xe2\x80\x9d flag complains promptly to team manager for advice.
• Provide administration such as preparation of letters, account adjustment, case closure, perform waivers & etc .
• Drive continuous improvements and achieve best practices, using Agile Methodology.
• Work and collaborate with team to achieve team\xe2\x80\x99s goals and performance targets.
• Deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any related field.
• Experience in credit collection or litigation would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to manage difficult customers & situations independently.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Based at Changi Business Park.
