Mon - Fri 9am - 1pm.
JD:
- Receive stocks, keying stocks, planning delivery schedule
- Coordinate between forwarders and customers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Keeping accurate records, tracks , traces and update the status of outgoing shipments
- Assist in placing product order between HQ and distributor
- Assist in sales and marketing team with reports
- Assist in inventory checking including stock in and out
- Coordinates projects by contractor or department by capturing timeline of ongoing projects and delivering progress updates.
- Liaising with staffs, contractors, or any other external organizations.
