How will you value-add?

As a team, we provide specialist advice to organisations to enable them to design, implement and transform their workforce strategies. We advise a range of local, regional, and global clients on all aspects of their workforce related matters.

You should be interested in building your skills within one or more of the following areas:

Strategic HR Transformation, e.g., Organisation Development, Talent Development and Data-driven People Solutions

Reward Strategy, e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Executive Remuneration, Total Reward Optimisation

Employment Tax and Individual Income Tax, e.g., Employment Structuring and Identifying Tax Optimisation Opportunities

Human Resource Operations and Managed Services, e.g., Workforce Planning and Analytics, Immigration Services, HR Advisory and Operations, HR Technology Implementation

About the role

As an Intern, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution with the opportunity to learn and grow, through on the job training, with our experienced teams of consultants. Initiatives you would likely support include:

Assisting the team in developing fit-for-purpose client solutions by understanding clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, collecting data and conducting statistical analysis

Developing impactful client deliverables to effectively communicate key insights

Assisting the development of thought leadership through proactively seeking out new knowledge and uncovering market trends

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for our clients

Assisting in conducting research, literature review and analysis on related topics and trends

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of services

Fostering strong relations with our client and taking a proactive role in ensuring that our clients are up to date with the market changes and trends

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial / Statistics, Human Resource

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Strong conceptual understanding of theories and frameworks

Have good co-curricular activities record

Strong passion for the consulting industry, with a keen desire to learn more about the industryPrior experience in a consulting role is desirable, but not essential
