Join our Learning & Development team and help shape the next generation of leaders. As a

Youth Development Enthusiast

, you will deliver engaging training sessions, inspire young minds, and bring fresh ideas to enhance our programmes. You will also mentor associate trainers, manage training operations, and ensure every session delivers impact -- all in alignment with our Youth Development Framework.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across various programmes, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner participation. Oversee the professional growth and competency development of Training Associates through structured onboarding, mentorship, and continuous learning initiatives. Ensure training administration and operations are in order, including scheduling of trainers, compilation of reports and evaluation forms, preparation of materials, and logistics management. Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum content to ensure alignment with learning objectives and evolving needs of participants.

Qualifications & Skills

Energetic, approachable, and passionate about youth development. Skilled in facilitation and classroom management. Eager to learn and adapt. Knowledge of Singapore's education landscape (e.g. MOE system, CCAs, community organisations) is an advantage. Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Prior experience with youths preferred, but

Other Information

Work arrangement: Fully onsite at our

central Singapore office

. Salary:

$2,800 - $3,200 per month

(depending on qualifications and experience). This is a full-time, direct-hire role.
