Provide counselling support to teachers, students and relevant parties
Conduct workshops for teachers and parents on managing the academic and social needs of students
Conduct in-house workshops for students and teachers on matters related to cognition and psychology
Assist in tracking and monitoring the welfare and progress of students
Profile students to help teachers meet the socio-emotional and learning needs of the students
Identify and refer students with socio-emotional and provide support to them and relevant parties
Provide academic counselling services to students on a referral basis
Develop and run programmes catering to the socio-emotional needs of students
Craft and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEP) for identified students in collaboration with teachers
Job Requirements
Degree in counselling, counselling psychology or educational psychology
Minimally about 3 years of professional counselling experience
Competent in case management and critical incident management
Proficient in professional counselling approaches and tools to help clients with diverse issues and conditions
Experience working with youths with Special Educational Needs (SEN) will be appreciated
Able to connect with the age group of students from 13 to 16 years old
Effective contributor, team player and independent worker
