We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual. In this role, you will design and deliver programmes that support students' holistic development, social-emotional growth, and positive school engagement.
Responsibilities
1. Programme Design & Implementation
Organize and manage student engagement programmes (Reintegration, Catalyst, After-School Engagement).
Conduct after-school and holiday programmes.
2. Student Supervision & Support
Supervise students to ensure safety and positive behaviour.
Guide students in peer relationships and social-emotional skills.
Track attendance and follow up with school staff.
3. Mentoring & Guidance
Mentor students in goal-setting, academics, and SEL competencies.
Work with teachers to equip students with skills and values.
4. Resources & Activity Preparation
Prepare materials for activities.
Support students in keeping the engagement room ready for use.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
Provide termly evaluations and feedback.
Share updates on participation and programme impact.
Ensure adherence to school conduct guidelines.
6. Collaboration & Improvement
Work with school staff to support students and link them to community resources.
Assist in school-wide initiatives and programme reviews.
Requirements
Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience working with youths.
