Youth Worker
to lead one of our Youth Centres in the
West
of Singapore. If you thrive on creativity, connection, and making a real difference -- this is your calling.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engage youth
through arts, sports, eSports, and interest-based activiites.
Lead outreach programmes
in schools and the community that spark growth and connection.
Mentor and support
youth through guidance and casework.
Build strong partnerships
with stakeholders and volunteers to grow community impact.

Create a safe space
where youth feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Who We're Looking For
A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, or Social Sciences.
Minimum 2 years of experience
in youth work or related fields.
Positive, approachable, and passionate about youth development.
Comfortable with social media and digital tools.
Bonus: Skills in fitness, eSports, or visual arts are a huge plus!
