Job Description
:
- To plan and conduct programmes / activities (with Social Emotional Learning components incorporated) for the target group after school hours. This will include at least one learning journey to an external partner organization
- To provide a safe and conducive environment for students to spend their after-school hours meaningfully and safely, as well as to complete their school work.
- To motivate and develop Student Volunteers within the Gear-Up Programme who are involved in the operation of the Student Activities Centre
- To work with the staff-in-charge to ensure high participation rate of the target group
- To monitor the attendance and progress of the selected students in Gear-Up Programme
- Minimum diploma (or equivalent) in social work and/or mentoring, counselling-related discipline
- All Instructors must be registered with MOE.
