Operations Manager
S$6,500 - S$7000 + Commission
5/6/5/6 work week, 9am - 6pm
HQ at Adelphi Building (near City Hall MRT)
HQ & Outlets (within Singapore)
s:
- Develop comprehensive resource requirements and action plans to achieve and grow sales targets
- Evaluate sales progression against targets
- Measure and report the results
- Lead Branch Managers to streamline processes for better customer service support and to improve productivity
- Develop sales metrics and track sales performance and productivity for analysis and reporting
- Keep abreast of competitors and market trends
- Drive inspiration and motivation within the operations' teams
- Coach and mentor operations staff to develop and maximize their performance
- Build and maintain a collaborative working environment. Promote teamwork
- Identify growth opportunities
- Minimum GCE 'A' level
- 10 years relevant working experience in leading teams to achieve not less than $20million sales per annum
- Strong leadership and targets driven personality
- Sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its impact on Company's success
