Job Description

• To guide business managers on the financial implications/ analysis of the initiatives/ projects
• To generate/ develop regular and adhoc financial reports for facilitating discussions and decision making with the business To provide support for key initiatives and projects within the organisation
• To recommend and implement appropriate finance policies to ensure adequate internal controls and procedures are in place to safeguard the company\'s financial resources.
• To review and maintain existing finance policies to ensure they remain relevant and appropriate.
• To manage the annual expense budget planning and quarterly expense forecast process, including collating, reviewing and summarizing information received.
• To assist in review of project budget requests and follow up on post implementation reviews.
• To perform/provide ad hoc expense analysis for the purpose of budget control and policy review.
• To assist in general budget control and reporting functions
• Any other responsibilities as may be determined on an adhoc basis
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

.Qualifications/ Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in a regulated industry
• Good financial and general business sense/knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, have great attention to detail and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight contractual deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences and facilitate discussions.
