Scope of Work
- Provide administrative support and execution.
- Receiving the full set of document from supplier.
- Ensuring shipping documents match (between supplier and internal parties) and complete to fulfil import and banking requirements.
- Ensuring the complete form being filled accurately.
- Coordinate the local courier in timely manner.
- Managing & update tracker record in line with statutory requirement.
- Responding and feedback to queries appropriately.
- Assist on other activity related with the project
- Diploma holder (in business or any related field)
- With 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Expected to liaise with the stakeholders: internal - ; external - courier/partner vendor
