Job Description

Job Summary:

• Up to $2400
• Monday to Thursday 830am - 530pm, Friday 830am - 5pm
• Location: Boon Lay
• Company transport, completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline) according to SOP
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues, orders and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit regular reports to respective departments
• Maintain up-to-date information and liaise with respective operations teams for issues

Requirement:

• 1 year contract
• Relevant experience needed
