1 Year Contract Procurement Analyst (global Role)

Job Description
- Support the global sourcing & procurement Team related to Legal Entity Name Change (LENC), Trade Dress, ERP Migration and analytics of third party CMOs.
- Support Supply Chain Financing communication
- Lead and drive sourcing strategies and activities. Conduct RFI/RFP or RFQ including analysis, negotiation and recommendation of award, and drafting of contracts using corporate contract template
- Update and maintain Pricing Databases
- Price analysis and management reporting
- Build and maintain good business relationship with both local and global suppliers
- Partner management to champion long term strategic vision and goals
- Assist with daily operational needs and support administrative activities
- Diploma and above
- Experience from Healthcare or FMCG industry is a plus
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with SAP and ariba is advantageous.
- Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently under pressure
